Qualifications:

Conversant in use of MineScape, Startmodel, Surfer, Surpac, Rockwork, AutoCAD Software, use and application of GPS
Candidates with Masters Degree in Geology / Geomining or M. Tech in Applied Geology / Geo-technology
At least 10 years of relevant experience in exploration of coal are preferred.
Experience in African Countries (esp. Mozambique) will be highly preferred
Must be good in communication in English and presentation skills, knowledge of Portuguese will be an added advantage. Should be ready to travel extensively and have strong leadership and team building skills.

The candidate should have worked in exploration of coal in green field project, engaged in systematic mine planning, process and quality control, preparing geological reports and mining plan. The candidate must have experience in planning for boreholes, logging, sampling and structural, Interpretation, and reserves estimation according to JORC standards. Should have comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices .
